Job Description:
The Accountant II works directly with the Controller. Supports the Financial Planning department in the daily operations of accounting, month end, quarter end, and year end closings.   Responsible for all accounting functions within the department.


  • Cost Accounting
    • Inventory Management
    • Work-in-Process Accounting
  • Standard Costing
  • General Ledger management
  • Tax Filings – monthly, quarterly and annual
    • State
    • Federal
  • Month-End-Close
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Treasury functions
  • Financial Statement preparation
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Work with ERP department to implement financial controls
  • Work closely with Operations to investigate Budget variances

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Accrual Accounting
